This short course is designed to enhance or refresh knowledge on common sports injuries.
2 live two-hour long online classes with the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals.

Tendinosis (Tennis and Golfer’s Elbow)
Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (Shin Splints)
Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (Concussion)
Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Injury

Daniel’s 15-year career so far has taken him from Fitness to Strength and Conditioning to Physiotherapy. He has worked in gyms both employed and self-employed, in professional sport, for charity organisations and also lectures in Sport, Fitness and Therapy degree programmes within Higher Education.

First Class BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning

Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor, Group Indoor Cycling, Exercise to Music and Circuit Training
